P.G.A Camp for Flood Victims

In 2010, when the disaster striked the Sindh Region, PGA realised the call of needy people out there in different parts of the Sindh and setup a drug donation camp for flood victims at Numaish Chowrangi, Karachi, for 10 days.

In this camp, we called pharmacists, students and professionals, to support our campaign to help needy people in Sindh and at the same time we received a tremendous support in a very short period of time from students and professionals in pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors of Karachi and all over Sindh.

The camp was fully supported by senior and junior pharmacists, pharmaceutical companies and donated huge amount of drugs to help flood victims. During this camp, PGA highlighted the role of Pharmacist in society and our motive to improve the role of pharmacist in health care system in Pakistan.
