Registration Requirement

To register with the Pharmacy Council, you first have to obtain the Registration Form from Sindh Pharmacy Council office, which is located at Pharmacy Council of Sindh, Barrack Number 25, Sindh Secretariat, 4-A, Court Road, Near Kabootar Chowrangi, Karachi.

Bring your all original documents with you to get the form, else it will not be provided to you.

To submit with the form, you must have the following along with your form:

  1. 1 attested copy of SSC Certificate.
  2. 1 attested copy of HSC Certificate.
  3. 2 attested copy of Degree of Pharmacy.
  4. 2 attested copy of Transcript.
  5. 1 attested copy of Domicile.
  6. 4 pasport size Photographs. (Light blue background). Attest two pictures from front and two from back side. Write your name at back of pic with Son of or Daughter of…

REGISTRATION FEE

Do not make Pay Order or Demand Draft unless you have shown your Original Documents to the Clerk. He will tell you the exact amount for Pay Order or Demand Draft. This is because PCP requires you to apply for Certificate within the specified time period of 3 months or so after you have received your Degree (3 month period is not confirm, please confirm this from PCP).

Registration fee is Rs. 1010, which you have to pay in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pharmacy Council of Sindh.


FORM SUBMISSION & RECEIVING CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION

Form should be submitted along with all the above required things to the same office address mentioned above. There will be a Clerk named Mr Javeed, whome you can submit all the documents. If there is anything else, he will guide you properly.

After you submit the form, he will give you a sealed envelope and letter, which you have to submit to your University Controller of Examination Department. (Please note that there may be extra verification fee for this at your University End, please confirm from your concerned university).

Once you have submitted this sealed envelope to your university, then your university will send this back to Pharmacy Council. This depends on your university how much time it takes to send it back.

You, overall, have to wait for at least one-month (or may be more) and after that you can enquire from Pharmacy Council regarding your Registration Certificate.
